We’ve done a good job keeping incidents low, the claims are handled quickly, and now our loss ratios are way down. Rebates are back because they are doing such a great job. Also, there’s good communication – they respond quickly to whatever I’ve needed. Solid group, I’ve definitely benefited from being a part of it.
