Kaya Stanley has dedicated her career to transforming industries through innovation, strategic leadership, and community building. As CEO and Chairman of the Board for CRMBC, she has revolutionized workers’ compensation for the Golden State’s restaurant industry, fostering financial stability, operational transparency, and collective success.

With over 23 years of experience as an attorney, public policy expert, and restaurant operator, Ms. Stanley deeply understands restaurateurs’ challenges. Her tenure at CRMBC began in 2012 when she joined the Board of Trustees and led the litigation and the strategic turnaround committees. Through her strategic guidance, CRMBC built a surplus exceeding $20 million and doubled in revenue during her first year as CEO. Under her leadership, CRMBC improved claims handling, implemented proactive risk management strategies, and strengthened member governance, elevating CRMBC as the premier workers’ compensation solution for California restaurateurs.

When she is not running CRMBC, Kaya is a coach, speaker, and author, helping people to expand their capacity in every area of life, and is the President of TEDxReno. She has appeared on major media outlets such as NBC News, ABC News, FOX news and NPR.
